According to many videos I've watched on KZread, the best for S23 Ultra is a 25W Charger
does this charger work well on the s23 and what about the battery health after a long period of use?
Is the 313 the same but only 45w ?
I also bought it and after inserting the USBC plug, the front of the charger (USBC socket) is loose - you can move it back - front about a millimeter. It's normal? can you see yourself?

No. I've been using this charger to charge my galaxy s23 for almost a year. This charger supports Samsung Super fast charging 25 watt. So when charge the galaxy s23 the power output will limitted to 25 watts. If you are in doubt, you can buy the 25 watts version.
