i bought a 800 eletric drums set and hook it up with AD2 and now it sounds like 4,000 drum set, nice cymbal options from Zildjian A customs, A's, and K lines to Sabian AA and AAX, and other brands. worth the money.

How did you get the right mapping for the drums? I have Premier PowerPlay-X but Addictive Drums 2 have no mapping for it. The Hi hat is the worst to get to work with open foot.

Love the kit was going to buy the 500 by carlsboro but my internet went down I was on eBay...in the end I got the thomann millennium 750 which is GRT for a beginner like me...do you need a laptop for drum 2 or can you use a smart phone????...

Good video. You could have simply used the "learn" function while in the midi map. (question mark on the top right) What was the latency?

sad to say, still now I cant figure that cymbal choke on AD2. Regd the mesh on the pads, I dont have an idea if its single or double layer...sorry

heyy buddy sorry to bother, may you tell me what preset are you using for your drums at mapping? because my drums are roland as well but when its time to map, i can map my hi hat to bark it (which is that "tssssuhn" sound the cymbals produce when they are opened and closed)

There is a midi map on the VST that I'm using, I just copied it to my drum module, hope this helps, thanks

When I first plugged in, the pads did not match, so I went to the help section in Addictive drums and copy the corresponding midi maps and input it on my module

I have tried connecting addictive drums 2 to the carlsbro 130 with a USB cable and the drum triggers both the onboard Drum sound at the same time as the other sound via addictive drums 2 . So 2 sounds at once . What am I doing wrong ?

There could be an option inside the module to turn off the internal sounds.

Can.addictive drums 2 be used as a standalone ? Or does it require a daw to load into ?

Yes you can, in fact I made my own custom kits, taken from diff drum kits/brands, differently tuned to my linkings also.

Don't use felt or wood bass beaters (use plastic or nylon)....also, a bass drum patch helps.

yes you can, There is enough room for a double pedal on the bass pads of CSD600

@@maqa-pubgmobile4168 i have csd 500, u can use double pedal but, u need to get used to it, sometimes u dont get what u expected. It was a disappointment for me, because i didnt like the kit. I saved money and bought td 27kv now and i also use 3 cymbals of csd 500. I suggest u to buy roland or yamaha, even alesis is much better.

yes sir, my threshold is low, so when the drum rack vibrate it triggers some pads, but I corrected it after watching my vid, thanks

Yeah pretty good but the kick sounded a little weak to me, That beat is somewhere in-between Rocket Queen by G'N'R and Hard to handle by the black crows.

Click on the question mark in addictive drums on the top right hand corner and click on map window. Then click on learn for whatever sound you want and play the pad you want the sound assigned to Also, make sure if you are using AD2 in a DAW to make sure that you are using ASIO instead of directx so you don't get latency issues

before ko pa po na install yung AD2, na install ko na po ung ASIO4ALL sa Reaper ko sir Then choose mo lang sya as audio driver when using the AD2 para walang latency, hope this helps Sir, thanks
