Testing a Joolca HotTap V2 on a 468g disposable gas canister.

I decided to purchase the portable propane gas canister hose connector from Joolca to run my Hottap V2. As this was a brand new hot water on demand unit, I wasn't sure if the system would run properly on such a small bottle.
Let me just say, I was surprised by the results.
Life just got that little easier.

Ok ...hers the thing. the hoter you want the water the lower you have to turn the cold dial down.... the heater seems to struggle with a high water flow rate and high temperature. Another thing I noticed was that the large gas canister I initially set it up on seemed to get hotter quicker than the small Coleman gas canister.. I wonder if the gas flow out of the smaller canister is different than the larger ones?..

I would say the pressure from the larger bottles would be better than the smaller units.

Gday. We got 3-4 days from a full bottle. Less if we use it for cleaning dishes. And I have a long shower where the misses is quick. I hope that helps
