I really appreciate this review because it shows the mishaps that can happen while using the poly gel. A lot of people make it look super easy and maybe for them it is however I’m not the neatest person so I appreciate the honest review! I’m definitely going to purchase now because even though you had to fix some things up it deff looks worth it! Love it!

Its important for you to buff your nails if you are going to use polygel or any type of acrylics, gels so it sticks and last longer..

I love your hairstyle, it's really cute. Whenever I attempt something like that it always ends up as an disaster. My favourite video from Tina tries it would be the flower jelly lipstick. Because that was the first video I watched from your channel.

Your nails turned out so cute- I definitely wouldn't be able to accomplish that as flawlessly. I think my favorite Tina tries it videos are always the Tina and Alfred videos like the Jagua Tattoo episode! It's always fun to watch you guys figure it out while getting to learn about topics that I've never heard of! :)

I also tried to cut my own bangs after that video because it looks so good on you, and needless to say it didn’t turn out exactly the way I wanted it to 😭

So when you put the form on your natural nail, you’re supposed to hold it in place with your fingers (or other hand) and do a flash cure while holding the form on. That way you can do a full cure and not have to worry about the form moving around and out of place. 😉

It is! You need acetone and a handfile ☺️ Soak in acetone and then file the soft layer off. Repeat till there’s no gel left but don’t over-file your natural nail! Better leave a thin layer of the gel on than overfilling! ☺️

I got short bitten nails but I still managed to make the poly gel work by putting plastic tape around the fronts of my nail so the gel doesn’t stick to the exposed tip of my finger!! Becoz the tape can be easily taken off once cured. It takes a bit of practice but feels so good to see my nails long.

Then polygel is perfect. You're literally adding it on top of your existing nail. There's alot of videos of people using polygel where they have nail damage
