One note on the grippers: Don't underestimate your feeling of confidence with an item. If someone doesn't feel confident in the item, they're less likely to use it, no matter how actually useful or safe the item is. If an item doesn't instill you with confidence when you use it, then that's an improvement they can make. With the gripper itself, I would suggest widening the jaws by about 1/2 in. on each side. I feel that would significantly improve the feeling of stability you get when using the item, without making it ridiculously large

I purchased the gripper clips for use with my Instant Pot...they are now in the trash. After 2 uses they fell apart and the rubber end on one of them has never been seen since the second use. I don't think anyone ate it but the chili was really good so who knows.

Here is an idea for a video, as you mentioned, the other bag dispenser you tried was so bad it didnt end up even in a video. If you happen to film any products like that, that don't end up becoming a video, maybe save them and then at one point just make a compilation, like "5 kitchen gadget fails" or something. But great video, I know I have a kitchen drawer stuffed to the brim with bags. and something like that would work perfectly. Quick and easy to "store" empty bags, and just as easy to get again. Thanks again, I always enjoy watching your Freakin Reviews. :)

I've had that corer for about 3 years. It's been great for coring jalapeños for poppers and atomic buffalo turds, and it's tough enough to core a raw potato for potato bombs. Great product.

What I use as grocery bag dispenser is actually just an empty roll of paper towel. I also use 3M strips and stick it inside my cabinet door. Note: you have to hold the bottom part when you refill it with plastic just so it won't push the plastic bags that's already inside out. It works perfectly for me and it's free.

Those pot holders are a must for camping for all the pots that don’t have a handle (backpacking sets) there are other similar for camping but they scratch the pots specially if they’re nonstick, also when you’re cooking on the fire pit no other holder is going to save your hands, if you’re solo camping and eating directly from the pot just lock them and there’s your semi-permanent handle just don’t cook with them on, less things to wash when there’s very limited water available. I’ve used them extensively and feel very comfortable and safe. I use them at home too, getting a hot pizza from the oven on the pizza tray and I can go on and on.

I'd definitely be a bit concerned about the bag dispenser being held in place by the adhesive backing. Less that the tape itself will fail, and more like it would just rip the paint right off the wall. 3M doesn't mess around when it comes to their products, from what I've seen. Their adhesive based products in particular tend to be consistently chart topping in product testing, I think. Has two attachment points I think it was? That would mitigate the risk a bit,

i can answer you simply and easily. being a millions subs youtuber require 3 things. 1 - overreacting constantly on what your doing or what's going on. 2 - constantly pushing your subscribers on top of what is going on (AKA, calling and asking the subscribers constantly when you try something. Wich is extremly annoying but mandatory for big youtubers.) 3 - being not honest and push everything to the top to get money in return and reputation sharing from sponsors/creators of what you'r showing. fact is, this channel do the complete opposite of this. That's simply why he will never go at the high level of youtubers, but that's also why some people love him and his job. All my youtubers i m subscribed to are not overreacting and such. they are cool guys doing cool stuff. and pretty much none of them (only 2 or 3) have 1 millions subs or more.

I bought the gripper clips over a year and a half ago, and I love them! The silicone heads pop out for cleaning and the spring between the handles comes off easy to really clean inside the handles if they get dirty. I use them for microwave and my air fryer food. There is a different set on Amazon that are all metal and they are meant for deep pots like the Instant pot liner, steamers, and the larger pots on stoves. I have both sets, they both work perfect. The green ones sit right next to the microwave and air fryer. I use them the most, at least every other day.

The grippers remind me of what we used as Flight Attendants back in the day. Entree dishes we cooked were very hot and loaded onto trays that were placed into the meal carts. When we served inflight we would use a similar item to remove the hot entrees and onto the meal tray, peel off the foil and to the Passenger. We looked good doing it and no burnt fingers. Entree dishes were stoneware style which held onto the heat. Not sure I would be comfortable living a large plate or pot with them.

I used bag holder for about ten years until California banned single-use bags. I thought it was great. I have one recommendation when using it: hold the bag from the sealed end and fold up to the open end. This forces the air out. *IF* the bag has air in it, once in the unit getting compacted, the tend to burst along the seam, ruining the bag.

A lot of people don’t know that every part of the apple is edible and nutritious, including the core, the seeds and even the stem. So you can actually eat the entire apple and chew up the seeds and the core and it will not in the least hurt you in any way, and you will get the added bonus of additional nutrients. You just have to get over the notion that you were raised to think these things were not edible. But they are!

"Works on Pears, or even CUPCAKES!" As if cupcakes were hard to core. Why would you even WANT to anyway? lol

Put stuff inside a cupcake after it's done baking cause heating up fillings would ruin them and the cake batter wouldn't rise

I just cut a smooth, 2 1/2" hole near the top of an empty, clean gallon milk jug, and stuff my grocery bags into that. It holds a lot more than 30 bags, and it costs Pennie's.

In NY there are now no plastic grocery bags. If you get take out food you may get one and Tops sells their unusable grocery bags packaged up.

I loved and used the heck out of my bag dispenser for years. Unfortunately when I moved to California (from Las Vegas) the use of plastic bags is so discouraged that I've completely moved over to full re-use bags. Now, I'm on my last few plastic bags and I covet them like they are made out of gold. Those plastic bags were so useful from everything from trash can liners, to make-shift dog poop bags, to wet paint roller preservers and on and on.

I live in North Carolina where plastic are are everywhere! I do use my reusable bags everywhere I go but still end up with so,e plastic bags because my husband won’t use the others🙀. I’d be glad to send you as many plastic bags as you want - honestly. I think they come into my home and breed - bring in one and ,magically they reproduce and make at least 10!!!! And he’s, I am totally serious about sending you my plastic bags!!!!!!!

@@sandybruce9092 Lol, that's incredibly nice and generous for you to offer; thank you! However, as frustrating as the new plastic reduction requirements here are, I do get the environmentally friendly intentions behind it. So I guess, I'm ok with dealing with some of the minor inconveniences if the net result is I can help save a fish, tree or planet. I guess I had to resign myself to this life when I didn't buy that house in Cary, NC (seriously, from a Hokie alumni)

You are most welcome anytime you find you need them. I am a bit sorry you are in Calif. though😂😂. For so many reasons (yes I’m teasing). I lived in Phoenix for most of my life and wouldn’t go back for so many reasons - every time I see the real Vegas it looks exactly like Phoenix - same weather. Keep using those reusable bags - I keep hoping that eventually they will be outlawed everywhere!!!!! And I do remember when it was thought that those, paper bags were so bad for the environment and trees that we were saddled with those loathsome plastic ones.

A while back when there was a Bed Bath & Beyond where i live they sold those bag dispensers and they were charging 45 to 50 dollars for it i was like you're crazy for charging that much for something like that.

Most of the containers tested with the gripper clips would be easier to hold with silicone mini potholders.

I had the Simple Human bag thang... I loved it! Simple Human products, however, are a bit pricy for those of us on a budget. Mine was a gift for a new apartment, so I didn't realize the price until I tried to replace it. (It was in a box that the movers lost. 🥺) Regardless... The quality is worth the price, IMO.

Hi dear, I always tie a knot in such plastic bags before I store them, I think that makes it a little easier. Keep up the good work and thanks very much. In our country people are very against plastic (pollutes the oceans extremely badly!!) and so I reuse every bag until it falls apart, so to speak ;-) XXXXXXX Pinkie

The worst with standard apple corers, is that you can’t get the core out and it rarely takes the whole core out. I love this new one if I want the apple in one piece. If cutting it in two is OK, the best corer in the world is a melon baller spoon, leaves the apple so pretty! I use gripper clip a lot! Esp for lifting out the Instant Pot inner pot and straight walled bowls. I do own a different type though, which is made from thick, brushed steel, works great for many things the green one isn’t too great for. LOVE THEM! Got mine cheap on aliexpress.

Just by chance, I found your site and Grippers purchased it on Amazon. It arrived the next day, and when I used it (today), I was very sorry that it was too unstable and solid. Immediately, we did the return procedure. Unfortunately, it is a product that is not recommended for others.

Oooh I'm gonna get that apple corer. I've cut myself trying to poke the core out of the one that I have. Only downside is that it looks like it might be wasting a little bit, especially on smaller apples. .
