this video is so poetic, it starts off with him saying he has to make breakfast, then he slowly makes it all throughout the video, then right at the end it is revealed that the final idea is a sniffer fried egg, and he had a fried egg for breakfast. very clever

I love the idea of sleeping on the sniffers back. And growing different plants on its back too. Really, the idea of the sniffer being a good travel companion really appeals to me and would make it very worthwhile to try find a sniffer egg.

Thing I want the sniffer to do: 1. Able to grow berries or flowers on it. 2. Able to place a saddle and ride it. 3. Be able to be placed chest upon like on donkeys(sniffer's quite big so it should be a possibility). 4. Since its eggs are found water and it seems to be a amphibious reptile so maybe it could work like a strider, has a normal speed on land but actually quite fast on and in water . 5. Be able to sleep on its back. 6. Ultimately be a mobile home, I would love to go on an adventure on my sniffer. In the end Nice Vid 😊

Many terrestrial fossils are found underwater because of the way that continents move. Also its covered in green leaf like fur, this could be for camouflage purposes so it makes little sense for them to be underwater. They have no gills, and on top of that their legs are close to their body and short. Bushes and flowering plants need to be attached to the ground, or in water. The theoretical plants your talking about would have to be parasitic, draining nutrients from your sniffer in order to survive. Of course this would cause its energy to be low and make it unable to complete certain tasks like carrying chests, digging seeds, and being able to carry multiple humans. This along with the idea of a "mobile home" means that the constant stresses of the plants, the chests, and you every day might cause it to become exhausted, or even die.

The eggs are probably in the chests because the area was originally land

I think the sniffer should have three growth stages. First stage: wolf size, second stage: polar bear size, and third stage: ravager size.

since they're adding a mob who's gimmick is to find seeds for new plants, I think this would be the perfect time to add new food. maybe lettuce, peppers, tomatoes all sorts of stuff. maybe also a way to turn milk into cheese. and slice bread. basically i just want a sandwich update

I really like the idea of camouflage. Obviously it wouldn’t work on zombies or the Warden sense they use smell. And making some way to sleep without saving your spawn is needed and this is the perfect mob to do so. And it would be cool if you could dye the bush or put different plants on the bush.

I'm more interested in what the two new plants will be. Personally, I want a ranged attacking sentry but I doubt it'll happen. So no plant vs zombies jokes here I guess. I'm thinking we'll get at least one decoration flower block that doesn't have to hang from the ceiling that can produce particle effects. The interesting part about this is that they can add updates later to expand the seed pool for new added plants. It would be nice to get some kind of chili plants since they're such an international type of plant.

Problem with the sentry plant is its eventually going to die from firefighting with skeletons if you leave it unattended for long.

The very least mojang can do is make the sniffer tamable, but they're always like "best I can do is nothing".

Your videos tackle my major issue with the last mob votes, furthermore the mobs themselves. They lack a much needed higher complexity than just displaying an item (tuff golem).

If the frog made it into the last update then I think sometime in the future they will make an update called “The Mob Update” where they just slap all of the losing mobs in.

Don't set our expectations too high, mojang will always come back to disappoint

The "itens get lost in its bush" feature was so nice ahahah I love it, however useless it may be, it's such a funny joke. Also, a plant mob is a must!

I like the ideas, but I believe keeping the sniffer's uses minimal allows for more ideas in the future from other feature and prevents the Sniffer from being overpowered

It won’t do anything game changing or more than decorative though. All the mob vote options were decorative not functional and I think people forget that. It’s very very unlikely that it will be a food as they’ve stated it’s decorative

Thoroughly enjoyed this video, got me chuckling a few times. I also love how you include real life footage as transitions for each section, it's really clever and creative! ALSO. Part of me hopes that some of these ideas get included for the sniffer in the next update! If not. It'll be a somewhat sad day for Minecraft. 😔

Sniffers helping to find treasure could be pretty useful I've spent like half an hour digging for a treasure chest once only to never find it. Either way they should a way to pinpoint the exact coordinate of a treasure chest.

Majang needs this kind of creativity... Or at least this kind of passion Look how much potential this mob has, but they, as always, will go with the easy route and just add the things they showed (sometimes not even that)

Actuallt the Trashcan Flower NEEDS to be added in the base game! It looks cool it is functional in a way that we all need to rid our inventories of trash and in a cool and decorative way! Also it generally fits in the Minecraft universe if you ask me! You could find them in the Jungle or perhaps other biomes for different variants of the flower. I just think it would be an easy, useful and nice decorative thing to add into the base game by Mojang. Would be cool!

I love all these ideas and I hope they all make it in!

Honestly if the sniffer found seeds for a crop that can be used for anything besides just decoration, I'd consider it worthwhile. Food, camouflage, crafting dies, don't really care what as long as it has some use.

I hope the sniffer will be like this. I love to travel in minecraft but horses and donkeys arnt the best. The sniffer would make a great travel pet even if it's slower.

This video was actually deep, jokes aside, just the idea of a sniffee being huge boi with soft fur and so comfortable to sleep on is so fricking good, it feels amazing having the sniffer as a pet in minecraft, i hope mojang will see this and consider some of this ideas

I think if you splash the sniffer with a potion of weakness and then put it in the nether it should zombify into a zombie sniffer it would make for a pretty good addition in my opinion since the sniffer even looks like a mob that belongs to the nether.

It would be cool if you could use the ancient plants to put on your armor or use the Bush from the sniffer for that. Effekt would be that you have a shorter trigger range on Mobs of the overworld.

Achievement ideas: When you plant the flower pot mob you get an achievement called "FEED ME SEYMOUR" When you kill and adult sniffer and cook it or cook a sniffer egg you get the "YOU MONSTER" achievement
