    30/30. Can't wait to knock out three lists tonight. I already know 90 to 95% of the words on each lists so its more or less a revision for me. ChatGPT is a big help in generating sentences using the words.

    Just did this for the first time cause I curiously wanted to test myself and got 26/30. Haven’t started formal GRE prep at all (but will around November/December). Makes me optimistic about preparation. Thanks, Greg.

    For me, the "approach slowly" helped me answer the 27th question. Why would a man approach slowly in this case? He's either sick or feeling guilty/filled with shame. A stubborn man wants to fight for his position/belief so he wouldn't walk slowly

    Tried out the 1st video from this series last week and scored a 17/30. 1 Week later I'm at 26/30 and the ones that I got wrong were also ones where I was slightly confused . So more like 28 or 29/30 for now 😀

    19:10 there is another way to know that it means bad - there are two words that mean good, and they can't BOTH be right, so it must mean bad ;)

    Thanks for all the videos first of all. But I like to point out: How didactic is condescending? I think more close would be student centred, even if I have to choose. Didactic: intended to teach, particularly in having moral instruction as an ulterior motive. Condescending: having or showing an attitude of patronizing superiority. My score was 28, because of the wrong question I will score myself 29. Am I already teaching or what? :P :P Please put a footnote or something. Thanks. Otherwise, you are doing great.

    If you Google ‘didactic,’ you’ll see the definition ‘in the manner of a teacher, especially in a patronizing way.’ ‘Condescending’ and ‘patronizing’ are synonymous.

    Aggrandize means "Increase the power, status or wealth of". Why not option B for the 14th question, Can someone explain? Thanks in advance

    I think it's because of the word "himself". It kinda makes more sense to say that he tends to inflate his reputation rather than to make himself wealthier.

    You are doing an amazing job sir! I have a doubt. How does one learn so many words? I tried learning words with their meanings and then later I forget them. Can you give any tip on that ?     Unfortunately, I learned vocabulary through years of reading, which most people cannot do when they are studying for the GRE. Memorizing vocabulary from the list is not easy, but necessary for GRE. There is still a lot of debate about the best way to learn vocabulary. It probably depends a lot on individual characteristics as well.

    I think in this case it is just about the context in which the word was used. Google is absolutely correct but so is Greg because to inflate your reputation is, in a sense, to increase your status in the eyes of others. Is it not? But you're right, it is confusing. I suspect Greg put both the options in for that exact reason.

    Late response, but not necessarily! Doing something foolhardy doesn't require bravery, but having audacity (being audacious) is inherently brave/bold, just not in a positive way
