Yes , the red fire protection pants in the video is made 100% from aramid ( outer layer )

Whoa, ruining so many things to test scissors when a leather test on a scrap piece would have been enough.

This is decommissioned equipment meant to be destroyed. Some of these gears are made of Aramid, whose resistance has nothing to compare with leather.
