Highly recommend to check your strength and endurance with that test which I found in KZread.
I did it in 2020; and this time decided to test us both can we do it or not.

Full extension of the elbows during the pull ups and dips.
Pull ups:
30 in a row or 38 in 2 min.
1 min.brake
Parallel bar dips:
40 in a row or 68 in 2 min.
1 min.brake
Rope climbing:
4 m. Climb up and down without legs
1 min.brake
Over bar roll:
15 times
SCORE 💯
