You don't ever have to apologize for taking some mental health days. Everyone needs time to themselves to collect themselves, reset their bodies & minds, and to keep a happy & healthy life. Just remember that we love you guys for what who you are & what you do. So you take all the time you need for yourselves, cause we aren't going anywhere!

Very much this. You don’t need to share to much, it’s okay to be human, and thank for being open enough to say that you had mental health issues. That’s a huge step to normalizing it for everyone else that goes through this.

Sorry you were stressing Brit! We’re all pulling for you and want you to be happy, healthy and relaxed. Do whatever you have to do to aid in that regard. As has already been said, no apologies necessary, your mental well being is more important than our entertainment.

No apologies girl !! You have a lot on your plate and need some time sometimes do what you need!! You know we all love and appreciate all you guys do. Keep your mental health #1 and breakdowns happen to everyone !! You two have been go go go and we know you do all all the work ;P ! Germany looks like you had a blast. My way of evaluating a vacation is asking myself, "Do I need to take a couple days off(as vacation) after the vacation?" If the answer is, "Yes." That is a Great Vacation. If the answer is, "No." I won't repeat that vacation again. hey Britt, your head place is far more important than missing the odd video, believe me. I once let stress build so badly I needed five months off work to gather the bits back into place. Love what you guys give to us, as ever. Look after yourself! The random ole English Guy.

Always carry some concrete tie wire, at your local home store etc near the concrete stakes and supplies. Used for tying rebar. Handfull sized roll of wire for like $8 or something. Great for tying things up fixing things etc.

Just remember it’s supposed to be fun . don’t let it stress you out we enjoy what you do . do it when you can we’ll still be here watching 🍺🍺

Brittney mental health is just as important as physical health. There's no shame in seeing a therapist once or twice a month to help you through whatever your going through. A professional can talk you though how to better handle the situations so they're not as severe or you know when your taking on to much. As far as Kevin... You obviously need a professional spotter stop leaving the house without your other half. Love you guys, stay safe.

Thanks for sharing about the Racing Anxiety. I hear a lot of stuff about mental health these days and I try to advocate some. I usually just keep quiet sometimes though because most people don't understand. I kinda brushed that segment off until the guy said schizophrenia. I was diagnosed with schizophrenia 11 years ago. It's cool to hear that there are others with it out enjoying these types of things too.

Sounds like it was a lot of fun since Brittney wasn't there. You almost rolled it, dude! Brittney is an awesome spotter, never ever go wheeling without your favorite spotter. When your equipment is failing and the challenge is demanding you should had heard a little voice in your head. Anyhow Hope things are getting calmer.

Everytime y’all do episodes like this where you show new products these vendors are coming out with it makes me have ideas of redoing my entire suspension setup haha I need a double shear clamp for my hydro because I currently have single, and the boots on my steering linkages are beat to hell because of the flop.
