I’m just glad to be able to get an old school brushed motor. The selection of double, triple, and quads is non existent but🤷‍♂️, I mainly just drive trails and rock sessions. I love the modern cheapo radios. Back in the day I would have $400 in a 3 channel FM with one receiver. $100 a pop for extra receivers. And don’t get me started on crystals! I still hesitate to turn my radio on when in a group😀 Flysky if I need multiple receiver or a good used stock radio/ receiver combos for me.

Sounds like the scroll wheel on that DX-5 just sent signals into space...

if you take a pair of needle nose pliers and press the male end of the deans plug... that should make take the battery off easier

Ive been looking at the rc8x transmitter, but im in a similar boat, i need like 15 receivers. Do love that truck. I have 3 real life squarebody trucks(1/2 ton 2wd, 1 ton 2wd, and a 1/2 ton 4x4) And like 5 square body crawlers. I wouldn't be able to help myself, id end up trying a 4800 kv brushless setup. I might try to build one with some leftover injora cheapo rear axle stuff, but i will tig weld up my own frame. Awesome inspiration for my own rc addiction.

SWITCH TO FLYSKY!!! I have a noble nb4 plus and it’s great. Yes recovers are 30-50 each, but just buy a couple at a time at you sell your spectrum stuff.

I've spent all day looking for all my alien keys. They are in a steel bread pan. Can't find them. Plus, my dad tried to cut his depends off.

Sucks you have so much into the spektrum stuff If you are ever looking to switch radios and stuff, definitely go with Futaba, never had an issue with Futaba!

Will the Hobbywing SE fit inside the scale motor? I can imagine the wires would be a challenge. The manifold could be cut to fit. Just curious if you’ve tried

I tried a fusion pro and it just wouldnt work, I have seen folks get the SE to fit but I have not seen what it takes to do.

Why deans connector xt30 or 60 way easier to unplug

Mostly the cheap amazon servo. The reefs micro99 has twice the torque.

A good cheap multi model memory radio . Turbo racing. 15 model memory. Receivers are cheap.. radio cheap.. and 4 channels.. .
