That is the most reasonably priced Chevelle of ANY type I have seen in about 25 years!

It's in great condition and we all know a lot of these cars are over 40 years old and they need some love and fixing

that's what mine was doing anytime I hit the highway. it was running way too high, and when I got off. it was idling very low. like it was trying to die on me. I have a holly. I have to keep adjusting the thing.

This Chevelle 454 at $30k sounds top good to be true

Hi Nick I must say you have to be the luckiest man walking in Tennessee ghetto for to prepare and test driving each of them...I’m a HUGE Chevy fan and my favorite are 2 the 1968 Chevrolet Impala & 1964 Chevrolet Chevrolet Station Wagon...I do love the Pontiacs Buick’s and of course the Ford Mustang.....great super job Nick with showing off these cars everyday...I love them....

That's been my dream car since I was 12. I went from wanting Red/black stripes to black/white stripes about 10 years ago. I had the pleasure of seeing an LS6 in that color configuration at a car show.

That steering wheel had me cracking up, probably from trying to hold on lol

these cars are still that they can go up to 120 130 or 140 so there still pretty fast even if there 50 years old!

Fresh motor and some TLC , be an epic ride on cruise night. All the pieces are there.

Very clean under the hood. No AC, Looks like a great deal...definitely looks like a fun driver car, needs minimum work all in all. Wont last long.

Chevy was just killing it back in the day. The 1960 Chevy Impala, 1958 Bel Air, 1963 split window Corvette Stingray and this ☝️ fine muscle car. What happened to that company? The new corvettes are good and the Tahoe is a reliable gas guzzling V8 tank but nothing really innovative has come out of their line in years. Now Tesla has left them in the dust. Hard to believe it's the same company.

I had a used 1970 SS 396/402 4- Speed Chevelle in High School. The engine was built a bit over stock and rumbled , when people asked me why it was making So Much noise I’d just tell em it had Big Balls. The noise is the license plate flapping on the bumper.

Turn the idle down. And that noise is the right exhaust tip resting on the rear panel under the bumper

Right side exhaust extension is touching the bumper...when he let's off..it rattles against the bumper....

SS Chevelle's buckets and console was an extra. Best way to tell is the SS came with boxed lower control arms to the rear axil. Not the stock formed horse shoe type.

This one’s got the oh so rare factory Cowl Grilles and the Malibu Rocker Mouldings which are so rare I cannot recall ever seeing an Original SS with’em! Vacuum leak whistle is likely linked to the high idle.

Good project for the money. Judging from SS hood but not the cowl induction bench seat and column shift it was maybe 350hp 396 but maybe not. Maybe 454 came like that too. Definitely from what I see I’d buy it if I was able. These gems are getting harder to find and prices are becoming higher then some enthusiasts can afford.

Sounds weird in trunk.. Trunk lid is least of worry.. Shocks mounts was bad on a 72 we had . New gas tank pipes look new and sturdy.still nice car.wizh I had the funds.

Fuel tank sounds loose... you should not be able to pound on the tank and hear a banging sound. The tank should be solid. Tighten the fuel tank straps near the rear axle...

That is super clean nice ride

The rattle in the back sounds like it could be a bad shock, possibly on the passenger's side. If so it's an easy and inexpensive fix.

I had a 72 350 Malibu with the same side view mirror and that thing would wiggle or face downward anytime I get the car around 100mph. Sure miss it.
