    This is one of my favorite muscle cars from the old days!! My cousin bought a 1967 Chevelle SS-396 when he got back from Viet Namm in 1969. What a great car! Lit up the tires in all 4 gears and could smoke up a whole block of main street at the same time.

    God that makes me miss my Chevelle. Mine was 75 corvette Yellow with A touch peril. A V gate shifter, Dimen tuck, interer . It was the fastes car in town!!!!

    They also came with a 12 bolt rear end. This has a 10 bolt. It’s a clone. You’ll also note he said the steering column was originally for an automatic. Definitely not an SS.

    I think my father had 66. Chevelle primmed black pro street style back in early 80s. Luv that maroon 67 Chevelle in test drive video I'm guessing must have Munice 4speed way putting in gears.

I'm from northeast where they salt the roads 5 months a year. So I look in the south. When it's time for my next classic car I will be headed to Maple Moters.     I bought my '67 SS 396 almost new for $2,500.00. 3-speed on the floor, no A/C. Like driving a lead brick. But at least it wasn't $33,000.00.

    I sold mine for 3000.00 ,15 years ago To pay for my stock car racing . I should have quite,& kept the car, it was in better shape then this car. Ove course the tickets I would have got might have cost me more!!!!

    Buddy wise, I agree I dont think it could be a real ss because 67 chevelle ss ALL came with a 396 and a floor shift, with automatic or 4 speed on the floor, period! This one came with a column shift. And I dont remember nick claiming it was a real ss . But even with that it's one sharp chevelle, love it!

    Not true. Column shift and bench seat was standard equipment. Floor shift and bucket seats were options.

    I never said it was a true SS and it is not advertised as one. Column shift alone is a giveaway, it has just been converted to 4 speed. If it was a true SS , we would have it price $42,900 thanks for watching.
