Nice. I’d ditch those wheels though.

She looks good from afar but she is a crusty bondo queen. Only one pass underneath because those floorpans! Its hard not to love her though because '66 was an awesome year!

I look forward to the weekends so that I can drive my cars and Nick does it for a living. Lucky dog! At the same time, his videos are top notch and the most enjoyable drive videos on the internet. I probably couldn’t do that lol. I’m probably FAR from alone when I say that turning on these videos feels like getting into a car with an old friend. Thanks Nick!

For I see that someone special had to give her up, in order to take care of his family. For this was his pride and joy. For I see the price is right for this Impala. For she is right, gust like the person that put her together. Semper Fidelis to his family, for I see that is needed.

Great body style and the color is good. Definitely a project car that'll take about $20k to make it local car show quality. Someone tried to show it some love but got overwhelmed or didn't have much money.

Console was out of a Caprice. The badging at the rear end of it and the wood grain finish are tell tales. The console lid is brushed aluminum like it should be. Though the wood grain & aluminum finish is a mish mash. If you want to fly me down from Canada West Coast I'll inspect the 65/66's Impalas for you. lol

Yeah, some higher gear, the engine need some tuning and a few other things and it will be a sweet ride... The camera under shows its been quite rusted out...

There was a guy in Skokie Illinois who had that exact car back in the seventies. it was gorgeous, fast, and the envy of the guys.

Did anybody notice underneath the car, on the left side it looks like they cut out some rusted pieces and put some other metal in. That's some Wicked color thou, also I love that year. Also I forgot the PCV valve was laying on the side wasn't stuck in the valve cover.

You don't see any of these old 66 Impala SS with a 396 and a 4 speed anymore, this won't last long at all 👍 Nick sweet ride 🔥

Brings back memories for me. My Dad had this same car in white with a 327ci and 3 on the tree. I stood on the hump between the front seats, nothing holding me. Those were the days. Nice car.

Great Job again Nick! To everyone, flaws as usually! IT'S 58 Years old! Beautiful car! Great price! If you looking for something that you don't have to fix and you want a show boat, prepare to spend $125,000 give or take!! I being conservative at that price. Thanks Nick.

Really neat car! Nothing like a big block with a 4-speed. Also love the sound of those old style chambered mufflers!

Had a 65 Impala SS Canary Yellow and in 1972 had it painted this exact color! It was a runner and with this color it was extremely popular!

This is a beautiful 66! Reminds me of a car my Grandfather had, a 66 Caprice with a 427 and a 4-speed. Beast of a car!
