Awesome truck, Great year, Saw same model 3100 go for $31,000 back in November in about the same shape ? It had a 5.7 LS In it with the 700R transmission with Overdrive, I guess that's what makes the price tag go up? Love your intro music, God Bless you and your Family. my first car was a 1950 GMC pickup just like that. Still had original radio, didn’t work. lol We changed transmission from 3 on the tree to a 4 on the floor. it also had a 327 engine. I sure could squeal those tires. It had a 260 AC - roll 2 windows down and drive 60 mph to cool off 😆
I grew up with my Grandpaw’s Ford pick ups in the 70’s without power steering. He liked them them to be a back and forth like a saw steering. 😂 I love the truck . It does need some things fixed. The robin egg blue color is very pretty.
The amount of space in those engine bays is phenomenal, these days, gotta take the upper 1/2 of the motor apart to change the spark plugs , and it’s made of plastic, and worry about a 1/2 dozen codes getting thrown until it re-learns. I could change that radiator as easily as changing an air filter in a modern motor.
