Hi Alexandra, I am a long term shareholder. I have heard of you but have not really heard you speak before. I was really impressed by you in this interview. But he’s not at the helm of Tesla! He spending time effort and money on Twitter, a social media app. Recently, there’s a report of him moving chips from the publicly owned Tesla to a privately owned company Twitter at a very minimum. This is confusing and it looks terrible.

It is even worse - he effectively said that he will develop AI outside of Tesla, unless he has 25% of the voting control. And that AFTER selling a huge chunck of his Tesla shares to buy Twitter. I think it is ridiculous that a CEO goes against the interest of the company

BTC can disregard techincals when in a bull, did that in 2020 when it crossed previous ATH... stayed there a few weeks and continued pumping like crazy to 60k. Also, there is one constant... when around 90 on monthly RSI, the end is near. And don't expect crazy price targets of 500k... expect around 100k at most and be happy if there's more after that. If you believe big boys and CEO's of big invesment firms saying targets like 1M this cycle.. you deserve to be their exit liquidity..It's not about guessing the market's next move; it's about playing it smart and steady during trading...managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.3B'tc to a decent 21B'tc in the space of a few months... I'm especially grateful to Linda Wilburn, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.

Trading without professional guide... Huh I laugh you, because you will remain where you are or even make huge losses that will stop you from trading, this has been one of the biggest problem to new traders.

@@Pete_YT and because I’ve seen nothing from Elon in the last year or so that would indicate he’s someone I’d want to continue to run the company. He’s excellent at starting a company, and bringing ideas to life, that much is clear. But leading a massive organization is something that he has done poorly imo. Let him continue to develop his real passions(SpaceX, Starlink, and Twitter) and consult or engineer for Tesla while someone competent runs the company.

I am so surprised to this case. This is so un-American that you’re taken away a contractual obligation which was voted by shareholders. If we don’t stand up to this, any single investor and an out of control judge can overturn a majority shareholder decision.

Thanks Dave and Amy for this informational video. It was in simple terms and easy to understand. I came to know the last day for vote is next week only 1-2 days before. I’m on Twitter - but it is not seen on Twitter that much - atleast I didn’t come across in my Timeline. I saw Farzad video before your video and realized meeting is next week. If possible please send few tweets about annual meeting date and last date for voting and which points/clauses deal with pay package and moving to Texas. Ask your friends also to tweet during the next 1 week. It would have been a good idea to briefly walk thru all 10 or 14 points for which we need to vote. Will help others who don’t have time to quickly decide what each points deal with. Thanks for coming out this video at right time and thanks Amy for taking the time to walk thru so many details 👍 👍

What if retail holding TSLA via institutions pushed for them to vote YES or they (retail) will end their relation with the institution they are a customer at. This should be the next push.
