Tesla Model 3: A rust problem?

The Tesla Model 3 is technically and in terms of driving a brilliant car, but it clearly shows that it was designed in an area where rust is not a problem. Our assessment after a comprehensive inspection of the car can be seen in the video above.
The reasons why Tesla Model 3 is very susceptible to rust are as follows:
1. Several of the most vulnerable areas are not covered by the inner fenders.
2. The chassis lacks galvanization.
3. Many body joints lack sealant, allowing water and salt to penetrate.
4. The cavities lack undercoating and in several places plugs are also missing.
5. The chassis lacks wear protection (PVC).
6. Wherever there is contact between steel and aluminum, galvanic corrosion occurs.
7. Primarily built using steel.
PRESENTATION OF THE RB3 RUST COVER KIT
To protect the problematic areas as effectively as possible, we started the development and production of a set of plastic covers that we have chosen to call RB3. We consider this protection so important that we do not perform rustproofing on the Model 3 without these being installed simultaneously.

Tesla Model 3 er teknisk og kjøremessig en strålende bil, men den bærer tydelig preg av å være konstruert i et område hvor rust ikke er et problem.
Årsakene til at Tesla Model 3 er meget rustutsatt, er følgende:
1. Flere av de mest utsatte områdene dekkes ikke av innerskjermene.
2. Understellet har ikke galvanisering.
3. Mange karosseriskjøter mangler fugemasse, slik at vann og salt trenger inn.
4. Hulrommene mangler understellsbehandling, og flere steder også propper.
5. Understellet mangler slitebelegg (PVC)
6. Der hvor det oppstår kontakt mellom stål og aluminium, vil det oppstå galvanisk korrosjon.
7. Bygd hovedsakelig på stål
PRESENTASJON AV RUSTDEKSELSETTET RB3
For å beskytte de problematiske områdene best mulig startet vi utvikling og produksjon av et sett plastdeksler vi har valgt å kalle RB3. Vi anser denne beskyttelsen som så viktig, at vi ikke utfører antirustbehandling av Model 3, uten at disse monteres samtidig.

As they say, an ounce of prevention is worth more than a pound of cure. Probably a large market for this in the northern states of the US where they use road salt like Norway.

Tak fordi I sætter fokus på rust i Teslaer, det er vigtigt for os ejere at vide hvad der sker med vores biler. Er der nogen i Danmark der kan montere alle de her ting eller er det kun I Norge man kan få det lavet 😊 ?

For a car from 2019, 2020 with some rust do you work on fixing it and then all this to avoid the same issue again? Or you work only for new cars with no rust? Takk!

You came to the right place, since we can also stop rust simply by applying our antirusttreatment theres no need for the removal of rust. This is not just a claim but something we guarantee in form of lifetime guarantee against rustholes. That means our treatment is also way cheaper the others who have to remove the rust. Yes, what about Tesla Model X? Since the Model X and S are mostly made of aluminium it wont have the same need for extensive protection. We do however treat the upper suspension in front, and grounding points under the frunk. Kind regards Ådne, Funderud Antirust.

Piece of shit Tesla. I have a 2021 and it already has rust issues. Never Tesla again!
