The gokart seems a lot more fun to drive. Given the choice I'd spend $2000 US on that each and every time over a new cyberquad. Thanks for the comparison video though! Segway still has that touch.

Come to think of it, there's an electric scooter called the "FF 2.0" by Solar. Sure, it does cost $1,700 more than the Cyberquad... that is... if you were to ignore the fact that the scooter goes 60 mph and has a ton of range. Hoping to invest some money in the scooter one day given that you can actually go from place to place reliably (without having to pay the price of a car). In my opinion, the scooter that costs that much more is still MIIIIIIIIIIIIILES BETTER than paying 2000 dollars for something that can barely go 16 kmh (10 mph). Even a scooter for 2000 would still be an absolute monster.

If I were you, i'd build a scooter. I bet you could get the same specs as the solar FF 2.0, but pay much less, or, if you care about range, deck out on a battery. Right now I'm building an electric dirt bike, and the process is a lot simpler than you'd probably think. Lmk if you have questions

It last fairly long but it depends on the driver too

I could just build an e go kart for like 1500 and it would go bout 40 mph with god like torque.

These things are surprisingly sturdy. I have the go kart, not the pro and it did everything from off-roading to cruising and still holds strong after 2 years .
