BTW a bag of mixed nuts are great in flight snack and are already sealed. Plus they keep u fuller longer. Just though of them cos was eating a bag at weekend and my dog was demanding them....only she made me pick out JUST the cashew nuts and 🥜 peanuts from the pack LOL. Such a princess

I wonder if IB will try Keto next. I've found some almond flour 90 second microwave bread that makes two slices. Great toasted. Our snow is gone but cold coming back in a week. Enjoy your time away and have many little adventures and fun together. Hope IB doesn't work too hard.

If you go to Sainsbury’s Imo, some have Ginster’s gluten free pasties. They are pricey at £3.15 but really nice as a treat for IB. They have a sausage roll, pork pie and individual mini quiche. Sometimes they get reduced in price. Certainly worth looking for when you get back home. It was me that mentioned the Primula in the tube with crackers. 😊 Look in the gluten free section in the shops for Nairn crackers and biscuits. They are in little individual packets in the boxes. Great for snacks on the go. X
