In world tour mode, we need Ken depressed and looking at Eliza and Mel from afar, but he can't go and talk to them for their own safety. Cut to Ken sulking alone in the rain, and we see somebody walking up to him from an adjacent street. The figure stops in front of Ken, but he doesn't notice, or maybe he brushes the person off, only for them to extend a hand to Ken and say, "Are you okay?"

​@Bread_Bauru @FoolsGil Both of these are SO amazing, which means they'll never happen. I'd love to be proven wrong though. RE7 had this clever of a naming scheme, so Capcom aren't strangers to it.

Its still surreal to see that Terry is going to be in SF6. He was always a character id hoped to see because he just fits so well with SF asthethic but always shot down the idea of because it just felt so out of left field. And yet its happened. Never really played much of a street fighter game apart from a bit here and there but that is definitely changing now with SF6. I hope they give Terry his slide kick from real bout and for his 3rd costume have it be the one from the OVA because why not.

Mad shout-outs to those old Street Fighter hacks that had Terry and Andy in them.

If a crossover character ever gets to street fighter through a portal, I want it to be Iori, specifically Iori escaping his Isekai manga story trying to escape Not-Athena and Not-Yuri by returning to modern times

the scene with Bison on the horse is his world tour intro, the scene of him punching the machine is the cutscene where he accepts you as a student.

Not really, there have been occasions in fighting games and other genres where guest characters have been accompanied by guest stages as well. Although, I sincerely doubt Terry and Mai will come from a different universe in this case. I do wonder how much of a story they'll give them, though. They could pull an Akuma in Tekken, but they could also have them just be there and not do much.

If it’s south town i want Capcom and SNK to unironically address the fact that there are two south towns that are right next to each other in Florida, one being built after the first was destroyed by an orbital laser (but then south town 1 got rebuilt anyways) and the second south town is actively filing for sovereignty from the Union

@@hambor12 Except it's never mentioned that Second South Town was built because the original was destroyed. It's only ever referred to as a "sister city" that coexists with the other South Town. In fact, I don't think KOF itself even mentions Second South Town! It just reverts to South Town not being destroyed anymore without any explanation as to why. If they do bring it up, it will be a smoking gun that they plan to introduce concepts or characters from KOF, since that's the only way it would make sense, as the orbital bombardment in question was perpetrated by antagonists from that series. Which wouldn't be such a bad thing, since it would allow them to add characters like Kyo and the Art of Fighting crew. But I think for now, they want to focus on Fatal Fury due to the new game coming out.

Portal. That's the explanation in MvC1, 3 and Infinite, though not in 2 since that game was mostly made as an excuse to recycle assets and had an unrelated plot.

I've seen articles/interview about KOF 15 and them continuing to add characters/teams into that game. That would mean... there's a chance that "Team Street Fighter" can exist. Unlikely. Akuma in tekken was their big crossover after sfxt failed hard. Although I suppose Jin/Kazuya being in a season down the line isnt completely impossible

You mean like Soul Calibur usually does, or the later KOF games? 🤨 It'd be bad for these characters because they don't need it (and as far back as CVS they didn't need it) but sometimes... (looks at Noctis, Kratos, et al) That said, I'm with Woolie; Street Fighter is too grounded (relatively speaking) to introduce concepts like alternate dimensions and such. That's best left for more over the top series like MvC and KOF.
