Sorry for the late response, if you remember correctly he is the Wizard from whom Rigby once stole a magic piano and on another occasion filled his egg hunt for not giving him candy on Halloween, but final He took revenge on him by turning it into a house and killing his companions one by one, the episode is a Halloween special in case you want to see it.
