I believe in many of the things that you’re talking about. The reason is I’ve experienced different events in my 6 plus decades of life. Maybe there’s a common thread that connects them, I don’t know but I know that you’re describing similar experiences to mine. I don’t care if people don’t believe me because I know what reality is and what happened. There’s so much more to our world than what’s in the science and history books. I don’t fear death anymore mainly because of my experiences and the knowledge that there’s more ahead after we die. We certainly can’t avoid death so we might as well embrace it when it comes.

Always interesting Ben, and thank you for always getting so open and honest. I experienced some strange things growing up, including night terrors. The most frightening thing for me was aged between 10-15 and always walking up seconds before a poster or picture fell off the wall. Each time time I woke up I knew something would happen in my bedroom and it did.

Very strange having witnessed yourself in 3rd person. It's like part of you was sleepwalking while another part of your consciousness - your higher self, perhaps - was somehow able to witness it. Or maybe it's something else entirely.

It was the case for me. Ive been sleepwalking for years , didn't even recognize it for a long time. One day I got that terrifying experience to sleepwalk while being semi conscious , its been freaky. This experience repeated itself for some time.. now I can't even say if it's me living or something else 24/24h

That was VERY interesting Ben. Never had that experience but used to suffer night terrors in my late teens. They were bad enough. I did email you a while back now about some weird stuff that happened to me. I mentioned that I used to mess with the ouija board. I went to see my parents one day, and the family dog, usually pleased as anything to see me, reacted very badly to me, snarling and barking. I must admit I was very upset by the incident and I did wonder then whether I had 'something' 😱 with me. Did your dog react any differently to you, the day after your experience? Obviously I don't mess with ouija anymore and feel fully protected by good higher beings now.

Wow BeN, what a crazy experience. Reading the comments gives me a few clues, but no reason. Having never experienced (to the best of my knowledge) sleepwalking I’ll refrain from speculation. Hopefully I never do as I live in a 260 year old cottage with spiral stairs right outside the bedroom. Thanks for sharing your experience. Rog. 👍

I've had a few experiences like that, once woke up and my face was an inch from the ceiling I could see the pattern on the wallpaper, then I did a massive jump awake and was in my bed

I've had dreams similar to that. Only it wasn't like in the green you mentioned. I remember a few times watching myself doing something, yet I was also following "myself" to make sure I would be OK and not get hurt in any way. Also been having and seeing paranormal stuff since I was a kid. Not alway good experiences. I used to sleep walk when I was a kid, my daughter did too. Some of the things she said to me really freaked me out. You could also have been lucid dream, I don't understand it much but so have a book about it.

Perhaps an OBE? Had a teaching experience when asleep, I was guided to a mirror, looked in, no reflection, lead to another mirror looked in, still no reflection. Was then taken back to my bed where I looked down at my body. I just laughed and laughed as I realised we are more than bodies. Maybe their is a spiritual mystic side to us as well as the physical body that is grounded to earth. Just remembered had an OBE after a UFO sighting in Todmorden as well, back in 1994. It happened the following morning. As a child used to levitate in dreams and fly around the village. Scared me they were nightmares as was often being chased. Maybe you saw both sides of your soul??? Keep questioning you might get answers.

Regarding your comment about the green light. I don't know the year but I do know the time and month. I'm in London UK 🇬🇧 it was a few days before St Patrick's day 02:00 within the last 6 years. I woke up suddenly without any reason at 02:00 so I had a glass of water. A green light came from the sky moving across the sky lighting my room and me. Only way to describe it ..if you could watch a green luminous boomerang in slow motion cross the sky that's what I saw. I am a UFO believer. Don't think, smoke or do drugs. I've see other stuff in the sky but that one stayed with me. When I woke up at 06:00 I'd left myself a note saying..That happened..it wasnot a dream. Great channel

I have many times been thrown out of my body, especially when I was a young. Riding my bike down a hill beside a road, when I lost control and fell off into the road in a heap. I remember looking down on myself with a look of shock on my face. My sister was there and saw the stunned look too. I looked frozed. That’s because my soul had been knocked out and nothing there to control my body, even with cars driving around me! I was ten and my big sister explained to me I was just in shock. But I knew it was more than that. Now 42 years old I get thrown out of my body if I see someone I haven’t seen in a long time. Like my soul can’t compute what my eyes see and vooosh …out I go. Little things like that. No reason. Coming back into my body is similar to coming in to land on an airplane. Like turbulence. Anyway, good to hear you talking about this, it may help other people who don’t realise it has happened to themxx

Sounds like an outer body but with a consciousness....the first time I "passed" during surgery I can clearly remember standing by looking at myself..... After the surgeon explained why my heart had stopped I told him I knew, I saw it all. He was in shock because in his career he had 2 others that had the same. I really don't share to much at all but what you did may be in the same range.

Ben, sounds to me that you could have been remote-viewing. I have had similar experiences.

I was attached by a spirit 4 30 years of my life..I felt this. After serving with PTSD evaluations.. beared no aspect on war.. I was afflicted by a parasite. Which I still look over my shoulder for. You could have been having a first or remembered astral projection. I think I had loads between the age of 6-8, I actually got to the point where I thought I could fly, because I always remembered experiences of floating down the stairs from the 1st floor to ground floor. I now think there is a possibility that children are more likely to have the ability to more easily astral project, because of our view of the universe, at that stage of our life. Some may say, ‘well it was likely just a reoccurring dream!’, but here’s the thing, it’s scientifically proven it’s very rare for children to have reoccurring dreams (unless related to trauma and PST type incidents), because we are still in a developmental stage and neurons and pathways are still growing in our brain and constantly bombarded with new stimulus. It’s later on in life that we are more likely to experience reoccurring dreams, which I have since and felt completely different to what I remember of floating down the stairs. It was always so believable, but when I had the reoccurring dreams, by the time your on what seems to the 5th or so repeat, you start to realise it’s a dream and can lucid dream and control certain elements of the dream. Your experience does sound similar but an awesome way to share it, really enjoyed it Ben ❤👽❤️👽❤️

I had slept walked once, my boyfriend saw it. He said i was walking around our bacholer suite, and i went through some things. He asked me "hey you weirdo, what are you doing?" And i said "shhhh. Dont tell my sister". Then i got back into bed, the wrong way. My feet were on my pillows and when i woke up i was confused cuz thats not how i fell asleep. Then my bf told me what happened. Later i told my sister about it laughing but she didnt, she just looked at me really weird. I was using a ghost detector app before that happened and it was saying some scary words and i figured it was just a joke, apps dont detect ghosts. It could be because i was vocalizing out loud if anyone was there. I only heard of one other experience someome had where they also woke up the same way i did and they were playing with a ouija board before that

This was the late 80s early 90s on a council estate with 3 young children. Times were different back then and it wasn’t so easy. 🙏🏻

Out of body experiences are associated with witchcraft. Someone may have practiced witchcraft in that house prior to you moving in there. And it could also be that you are under a generational curse from ancestors that may have invited evil to you by their actions and placed you under a generational curse. There is Power in the Name of Jesus when you try to walk uprightly with Him. He's the friend that sticks closer than a brother. Off hand, I would say God allowed you to see that an evil entity was controlling your spirit when you were sleeping, because dreams come from God, which is why Joseph could interpret the king's dream. Witches, do try and take over your dreams, though, and will try to block anything God may show you causing you to not remember your dream, which is another reason you should obey Jesus Christ in Acts 2:38-39 so you can lie down peacefully at night by commiting your night to Him in prayer. If you and your family had known, you could have entered that home with prayer to Jesus when you first moved in there, you could have commanded anything that was not of God in Jesus Christ to go and never return, and you could have anointed your home with prayed over oil. (Exodus 7-12 AKJVNT.) It's a good idea to pray over everything, especially you and your family, pets, vehicles, etc., and consecrate it all to service to Jesus every now and again, because sometimes evil may try to breach the wall sneakily. TV is actually an idol (graven image), and if you do what it says instead of what God says, that spells trouble. Jesus Christ must always be first.
