Hey guys are you running the right version for the corpse stalker? Seems like it’s just merged with the cave dweller since it doesn’t have the same sounds and ambience as the actual corpse stalker.

I saw someone else mention this as well, we're using the cave dweller resource pack which has custom sounds, because I completely forgot the corpse stalker has it's own! We'll make sure to disable the resource pack next time (I'll pin this so other people with the same question see this)

One thing I recommend is to turn off cave dweller sound overhaul so you can experience the corpse atalkers custom sounds

For the dangers in the darkness mod, you are gonna need to find a deep ocean and try and cross it at night if you want to find what's new. I will let you two discover what lies in wait on your own 😯😯 Good luck.

yo its me again the Beware the rain dev guy. I fixed a TON of the bugs and issues with the mod, and also updated it and added a small new mob. So it should be working extremely well and any of the issues that were present before shouldnt be there anymore :) (Stuff i fixed is : Sounds issues,rain rate, spawning issues for the monster, over spawning of the 2nd mob, spawn rate of the monster and the cave sounds he plays)

​@@bladeninja2278While I was playing I found a few problems. 1: He disappears while chasing you. 2: This problem is related to 1, he is really stupid. You can just circle around him, and he won't be able to kill you. 3: 5 second rains often appear. But despite these problems, he is really scary.
