This mod has recently gained steam through its unique bosses and difficulty, Cursed Mode, which revamps the vanilla fights (if not change them entirely). Do not assume you know all the tricks up each boss’s sleeve before you fight them. They might surprise you.

Oh, so *this* is the mod that turns King Slime into a final boss! Awesome! Ohp, and can't forget about the literal Eater of Worlds! Also love that glaceon pet, I need me one of those The destroyer fight really reminds me of Starbound, with the probes and flying saucer design reminiscent of Dreadwing, and the missile targeting being like Swansong
the modded bosses make this feel like a polarities mod dlc

Not really. Polarities mod went way further with its crazy shenanigans than Forgotten Evils ever has. At most, FE is a diet Polarities.

@@miriamk5571 i was never made aware of a discord server, i had simply sent him private dms of the art he requested. and to be honest he seemed nice but still made me pretty uncomfortable. I was almost done with art for the Aether wyrm (having sent him the art of the head and being almost done with the body) before i decided to stop.

King slime can also eat the blood moon and solar eclipse!
The music make the boss fight like bullet hell
The fact that King Slime had to whore many different creatures to have so many attacks is kinda creepy

This is definitely gonna be my favourite mod when its done. Only complaint is some of the sprites are well.. kinda ugly but i can get around that.
