12 years later, this film still holds up for me. And this song is the absolute definition of bad assery. It fits the movie very well.

It went back to its roots again. I was terrified of the T800 again, and that's the way it should be. x_x; Now he's just used as a comic relief in the later films, and I'm just like meh.

It was a pretty good movie, but people wanted to see the time traveling bots trying to kill the Connor family. I personally liked seeing this war, a grown up John Connor, and the newly introduced Marcus Wright. But it wasn't robots trying to assassinate Connors, so a lot of Terminator fans were like "I find this difficult to masterbate to."

god...when T4 came out in theatres, it was such a magical feeling. I mean, it was may, starting to warm up, people starting to get out, classes almost over and of course this EPIC movie. damn, i wish i could relive it all!!!

Side note.... I am fairly certain this song is about his grandmother passing???? I feel like I read that somewhere but, I could absolutely be wrong! Anyway yeah.... You are also ABSOLUTELY right.. :( The world is burning down around us... It's a awful thing to see it get worse everyday... Won't get political but, so many things are insane and upside down! Feels like a non stop nightmare...

I know alot of people didnt like this movie but the Skeletal Terminators were scary and intimidating, I love the creepy grones they would make when attacking or moving

It was a superior Terminator flick, right up till the time Marcus invaded the machine base. After that, it was as if the writer walked off the project and the producer hired his brother-in-law to finish the script. The whole 'this was all a plot to trap Connor' plot twist was clumsy and cliché, and the heart-transplant ending was beyond lame. Good start, bum finish.

Imagine this scene with theis song in the backgound: Soldier - They're just too many sir... It took an entire platoon to take one of them out last time and now look... They cover the ground so you can't even see it... What do we do? Sargeant - (Smiles sweetly) Son... There is nothing we can do... Soldier - But, but... I don't want to die... (starts sobbing) Sargeant - Do not cry... There is no need to... This war has been hell since it began. All of us are sick of it. This is our way out of it. Soldier - But, death? I don't want do die... I want to live, to go back to my family once more! Sargeant - Look at the field... Do you think this is still an option? Soldier - (looks at field, drops his head in desperation) Sargeant - Do not worry... It might hurt for a while, but soon it will be eternal bliss. There's no suffering for the dead. Soldier - But what if there's nothing beyond? Sargeant - There is most likely nothing beyond... No pain, no suffering, no grief, no consciousness, nothing. You won't know that you're dead. Soldier - (Says nothing, just ponders what he just heard) Sargeant - Come son, since oblivion is our only option, let's embrace it with an open heart! (Thousands of rockets rain from the sky, obliterating all defenses in an instant) Credits...

My favorite movie. I love when the T-800 starts out. The plot twist was awesome. If they made a movie of Skynet asking for Marcus' help, and peace like in the comics, it would save the franchise. I'm going to watch #7, but I'm sure it won't be great after the last two.

T4 is one of my favorite movie about terminator, and this soundtrack sounds very good and different!

This is literally the song I want to hear if this planet ever ends. Played on loudspeakers across the world. You can’t tell me that wouldn’t be so bad ass. ❤

I feel sad for this one of the greatest movie franchise. Terminator was my hero back then.even today, everytime there is a new movie i go with the feeling that this time is the “revival” but ..

I really liked this film. Bite me.

I always thought that if an mma fighter or boxer wanted a song to slowly walk to the ring to this would be my pick. Imagine the place fades to dark then the lights explode when this hits about 3/4 through… The opposition may consider leaving the ring.

The trailer that used this song was more exciting than the actual film, no exaggeration.

Anyone that approves of trailers that give away the entire fucking plot of the film including, and especially plot twists deserves to be forced to dig their own grave before being shot though the back of the neck to tumble into it with their face blown off.

The terminator series is the shining example of trailers that give away everything. schwarzenegger is the good terminator now, this poor sap is actually a terminator, John Connor is a terminator now...oh and he’s the bad terminator.

See, while people are preparing for a zombie apocalypse, I personally think it's smarter to prepare foe a more plausible ROBOT APOCALYPSE! Just take a look at robotic technology and try to keep the Terminator theme out of your head.

So much yes. Easily one of the most bad-ass moments in television or film history. Followed closely by Root driving backwards with a foot while shooting a gun

I liked this movie waay better than the third one. I don't understand why people complain about it. And I'm just sad about the reboot with Schwarzeejhakdhf in it. HE'S TOO OLD TO BE A ROBOT!

I like the guns better anyway and who knows what other impact the judgement day delay might have had what the heck is a blue dark future...lol. no one confirmed if Skynet gets defeated or not. Also, the first two movies were amazing. Never said otherwise. The third one sucked. That's what I meant
