I definitely see what the development team was going for. When we play the game for the first time it's not meant to be a perfect success. We, the player, are in the same struggle that Skynet, or the Resistance is going through; time traveling back to the beginning again, and again to try and get it right. We can finish and replay the game over and over again and each playthrough is just as canonical to the game as the last. It's actually pretty neat to try and use the physical mechanics of video games as a story telling tool. I give kudos to the development team for trying it.

Best line so far is "Thanks to Judgment day i didn't evean have to pay off my student loan".

student loans were a new reagan scam at the time, but because deans were custodians of schools and people didn't have to go to college then, college was very cheap, like summer camp fees.

Terminator: Resistance is the movie we deserved instead of "Dark Fate".

Dark fate was a great movie. This would’ve been cool to have as a movie but to completely crap on Dark Fate just means you’re not a true fan of the movies. It fits perfectly with the story.

I thoroughly enjoyed this game! Especially the special effects in the movie. I saw the movie 3 times in a row. Loved it! Quite unique too. Great storyline as well and great actors.

This game is freakin awesome. The music is kinda sad, giving a kinda hopeless and hopeful feel to it if you know what I mean, it’s kinda hard to explain, the music when you are in the hub based talking to everyone is the song I am talking about. I of course love the actual Terminator soundtrack that is used in this game as well, I always wanted to see more backstory for the future and the war against Skynet, Salvation kinda gave us a small glimpse, but other than that, nothing else besides just video game versions.

This would have been a much better movie than Dark Fate

This is pretty much what terminator salvation should have been showing the future war

Yup, this would’ve made a great movie. Some of the scenes are very dark. Especially when you come back to the shelter and find everyone dead. Would’ve been really interesting to see it on the big screen

But Terminator salvation was placed *right* ahead of judgment day, when army was still somewhat a thing and skynet wasn't rolling out their best of machines but primitive HK tanks and T600s, their was no plasma weaponry at that time, it was the correct "future" war too, a better criticism would be we needed one more future war set more ahead in future where T800s and 850s are main weapons of skynet and plasma cannons everywhere.

I feel terminator game works but only if it was like Division or Ghost Recon, except with an actual story.

This should’ve been the real Terminator 4. This would have been a fantastic movie. James Cameron please make a movie based on this game!!!!

Parts of it looks like it could almost pass as a Fallout mod. Certainly better story than the recent movies

The fin thing about this game is that you can make a first play with all bad choice but with the "go back in time" ending you can replay a second time with the good choice.😏 Anyway, still better than Dark Fate.

All those terminator robots running around with their high tech-gadgets... but, they don't have infrared sensor installed to sense human/animals hiding behind a car? This is one of the biggest weakness for any biological mammals. How do they miss this?

Yeah it's actually pretty good if you're Terminator fan they did a really good job it's the best Terminator game ever made. The gameplay is pretty basic crafting system is basic skill tree is basic combat as basic but they just did a good job especially with sticking to the lore. it's amazing that this good Terminator game comes out after another horrible Terminator movie just came out. LOL

They should make a sequel and add some more characters, some more romance options, a free camera, very mod able, give the player the option to switch from first person to third person, and maybe make the t 800 less dumb and more akin to its movie self but not by a Long shot
