Hey Car Wizard thanks for looking at my car! Will be bringing all of my cars to you from now on!! For anyone asking the car is making closer to 460-470 rwhp, and it has just basic bolt ons. Also the car lives in a garage and I only took it out because I have a dyno day at the end of the month and I didn't know how long the wizard needed to work on it. The salt will be immediately taken off and never put on again. Trust me, the salt hurts me more than it hurts you guys. Also the sway bar is sitting in my garage. Haven't had time to put it back on.

Question about your car. Did you buy the car bone stock or did it already have some mods? Or did you buy it as a salvage title? I would have a hard time cutting one of these up if I owned it factory stock, they are worth quite a bit in that condition (and rare).

@Life is better when I do something. I missed that, I was just more surprised at the amount of mods done to the subframe of this car. I can only imagine an owner would be able to sleep at night if this was salvage title and was already modified.

@@logdon17 Bought it with the subframe connectors and some really basic suspension stuff. I did the front subframe, the coil-over conversion, and a bunch of other stuff. It never was a completely clean car, it had minor mods when I bought it, but the last thing I am going to do it is a bigger blower and the supporting rear suspension mods, and fuel system.

My 07 427 convertable supersnake was priced at roughly 100 grand and my grabber blue supersnake was listed for 135grand. My point is my 04 cobra new back in 04 was 34grand.Today the way it sits with 29hundred miles on it all original. It's easily 60 70 grand and going up every second of the day. SO TRUE

The differential is the same, it just has half shafts instead of axle tubes. This selling point was also a huge pain if you wanted to make power, because Ford gave away all the stiffness in favor of extremely soft rubber for NVH and nice ride. Tons of problems leading to all sorts of aftermarket braces, diff covers, aluminum bushing replacements, etc. The lower control arms in particular had a tendency to deflect to the rear under launch causing significant problems. I spent more money on the rear end of my 03 Termi to get it to launch straight and not explode than I did on any other part of the car.

The motors were more like 415 or so. This car has a pulley, cold air kit, and other things. I'm sure its plenty healthy. These motors started the blown Mustangs that followed.....the 4.6sc motors are bulletproof. The bottom ends from the factory can handle well over 800hp. No front sway bar means this car lives its life 1/4 mile at a time....LOL I have a 2000 Saleen that started out as a GT, but when that motor expired.....due to a crooked shop local to me.....we put in an 03 Terminator. Because of fast snd furious not because it’s a unique looking car, there’s plenty of unique looking cars that aren’t nearly as popular as the supra because they aren’t at the center of the most popular car movie franchise in history, the same exact thing can be said about the 1970 charger, it isn’t any better or anymore unique than other 70s muscle cars yet it’s easily the most valuable one now
