    Question, if an employee is in construction in Alberta but they must travel to different provinces to do work e.g. 1 - 6 months...etc. at a time, what jurisdiction would they be governed under?

    Great show I don't live in the US, but on the island of Curacao in the Caribbean. I'll like to hear your opinion about employers if it's lawful in the USA can mandate an employee that refuses to be vaccinated. Why I am asking this question, because this topic, soon can be topic on my island, which the labor law, never had been updated, for the Covid 19, vaccination. Thank you. Best regards

    How much do you take from the customer .. Is it a flat rate or percent .. What happens if I don't have the $500 for a retainer ..

    My daughter works for Kunduant from home. She just got a promotion and a raise. She went to log in for work 3 days ago and has not been able to log back in. She has contacted HR, her supervisor, technical support etc. She has sent emails to no avail What are her rights?
