Are there H-1B workers that don't know that they need to find a job in 60 days?

Moving to F1 is very tricky as you will be a FT student as soon as you file & F1 approval can also come under problem since you already had an H1B. Plus with F1 your Intent is to go back to your country after finishing the F1 .. it can get tricky.

Hi, please notice my question 🙏🙏🙏 I had a job offer from Company A and got a Cap-exempt H1B Visa stamp from them. They decided to not continue anymore, but I was on my way to the US already, so the Visa was still in "case approved" status in the USCIS website and I was able to enter the US. Turns out, they submitted the H1B withdrawal already a week before I came, and that the USCIS have not changed my status as of writing. Now, another Cap-Exempt company wants me to work with them. What course of action do I and the next company need to do? I am so sorry for the lengthy question 🙏

Hey - gr8 video; you missed to add employer is viable to give you/ family a fully paid return ticket to India if you're on H1b.

15:19 - i have applied b2 before H1b 60 day frace period and its taking time can i leave to india when b2 is pending or withdraw the b2 as waiting time was more than 3 months

If we dont file for 485 for more than one year after the priority date becomes current, doesn't that count as abandonment of the application.

Yes but I believe that's a very rare case as most of these people will be new immigrants who are not current.

What is consider to be 60 days stop button. I 129 receipt or approval or first pay check?

not really, once the filing is made, those applications stay active forever, even if you lose h1b
