Can the stress distribution in Composite layups can be measured using Von Mises stresses? Should we not use Stress components (S11, S12, S23, etc.)?

hi could you please explain how to add cohesive behavior between the plyies after specifying the composite layup and without making them separate bodies ?

strain 0.000154128 tensile strength as 1.37874 MPa this is the tensile data i obtained performing test on gfrp composite i dont know why i am getting so leeser value material properties are: E11=8943.066, E22=8941.682, E33=41396.052 and one more thing is that during experiment i have applied strain rate of 1mm/min but in abaqus i feed load as a velocity of 1/60 mm/sec is is okay
