I think a lot of people don’t realize they aren’t dropping correctly. I worked on literally every other part of my serve before it finally clicked watching a video from behind of my serve that I wasn’t dropping correctly.

Hey coach I suffer from the first problem, poor drop. I can do all the exercises you mention no problem, but as soon as I get a racquet back in hand I revert to my old ways. Any advice?

Thank you for your good video. You talk seperet toss and racquet drop. In my case, When I serve same time toss and racquet drop. I want to know after toss, how many second after racquet drop? Thank you so much.

Thanks for sharing, it all depends on your toss. The higher it is, the more you need to wait. If it’s super low, your drop should happen immediately just after toss 👍

You didn’t talk about leading with the racket edge and pronating the arm
