@@TopTennisTrainingOfficial Matchplay basics for club level players? I was doing so well for years and played badly before lockdown. What is it about our thinking that makes our tennis go bad?
Probably the best drills video I've ever seen. Also your student plays godly tennis which is a testament to your coaching Simon.

Guys, we're kind of out of sync: I come home from my usual Saturday match and find your videos telling me what I could have done :) I read tennis in England is returning in a month... together with team sports. Mah... [perplexity].

Hey guys, great work i love your channel. I need some tips on how to practice at home during lockdown as the public courts shut down not long after my club did.

Firstly, great video TTT. And, by the way I was thinking that I would be interested in a video dealing with fognini’s forehand if possible (I don’t know if you’ve already done that at the moment).

This is kind of a random question about footwork. I bought the footwork revolution (which is an amazing course). If you’re going for a run around forehand that’s far away should you only use cross behind steps? Or can you use cross over steps get near the ball then use cross behind as adjustment steps? I noticed my run around is bad because my cross behind steps are pretty slow
@TopTennisTrainingOfficial
3 жыл бұрын
A crossover step can help you cover more distance but you won’t get the same coil as with the cross behind. Work on improving your cross behind step. This video covers the footwork - kzread.info/dash/bejne/o4mgq6aNmLGTnpM.html

Hey I’ve been trying to switch to a semi western grip from the eastern I normally use. But when I use SW grip I find my bruising too much and can’t get much power how can I come off more flat or just with more power?
@TopTennisTrainingOfficial
3 жыл бұрын
You need to keep extending through contact going from low to high and make sure just because you are holding semi western you are not pointing the racquet face down at contact

Hey sir Simon That’s the boy from tennis dream. Is he able to play at pro level
@TopTennisTrainingOfficial
3 жыл бұрын
Correct. To play at pro level many things need to happen for Yoan, he would need to spend a lot of money to compete often enough. I'm not sure his goal is to be a pro now, I think other interests have taken over in his life. We'll see what happens
