We just need to get our transatlantic flights back again Florida,NY,Canada then we can bypass the nightmare down the road and London is a bad joke also! especially since we have not only the best but the most central airport in the British Isles!Great little vlog chaps!just flew back from Florida myself and had two hours to get a conecting flight to Gibralter and it was ridiculous considering the billions of taxpayers money spent on those airports almost missed the connecting flight because endless queues rubbish never again Gatwick or manc!

Hey you two, I've just seen this video, I'm flying out from Liverpool to Tenerife next Tuesday, with it being a 4 and half hour flight, what is the check-in time, is it 2 hours or 3 hours?, I'm a little unsure whether it's classed as a short haul or long haul flight

I’ve never used Liverpool airport, but I guess it has a lot in common with smaller airports everywhere. They just concentrate on being an airport, so they get everything associated with travelling by air right more often than the bigger ones. This leads to a much better overall experience for passengers.

Hello from Tenerife

Used John Lennon in the past for business flights to NI and it was always a breeze . Flew to Tenerife today from Birmingham and that was good as usual and when we arrived at Tenerife, was off plane through passport control/ customs , collected bags all within 20 mins , a further 25mins via express transfer with Jet2 and in hotel, I am now in my happy place 😁👍🏻

Life hack when travelling with hand luggage only to avoid the little plastic bags for fluids. Order your toiletries from boots online for click and collect to airport (post security) and then collect when through security. In all the years of air travel I have never experienced a rowdy flight due to alcohol with the exception of last year 2022. Total bedlam travelling to Ibiza from Ireland for a sales conference. Good god the young people were well stocked. Ryanair ceased all alcohol sales during the flight and warned that airport police would meet the flight. It was large gangs of passengers singing and dancing on the plane (no fighting) aged between 18-25 years, but it was uncomfortable for passengers of my age. Disembarking was hassle free. The return flight was perfect. I kept my earplugs in and I ignored it as much as possible 👍🇮🇪 keep the vlogs coming Andrew and Laura cheers

You need to try Sultans Palace in town! (Liverpool) in my opinion it’s gorgeous! Me and my boyfriend both celebrated our birthdays in there. We are always craving it!

I agree about Liverpool airport.I live near Manchester Airport but will wherever possible drive past the place to get to Liverpool Airport.Much nicer experience.

Went to Alicante a few weeks ago with Ryanair from Stansted and this booze ban didn’t seem to be implemented, or at least I didn’t see anyone having their duty free checked

Passports should be like driving licences .... Heavy drinking and flying = 6 points stamped on your passport, with a possible 12 month flight ban. .

Hi. How is the situation with the wildfires please? We are planning to travel in 10 days. Are there any roads closed or some parts of the nature reserve? Luckily we have been there in the middle of June, but didn't have enough time to see some parts of the nature reserve. Thank you.

I used to do that and it worked quite often. Not so much nowadays.

I will never fly with that airline who’s name I cannot mention. Going Tenerife in October with TUI. Cattle class travel is Rair.

Whats happening with the alcohol thing, ye I knew your not allowed to drink your duty free alcohol, they took my bottle off me once mid flight , you can buy on the plane anyway

The problem for most ppl is the boredom andrew. why the hell do we have to be there for at least 2 hours before a flight. I reckon its so they can make money at over inflated prices

Don't know what has happened to people on flights. Been flying since the 80's and never any problems. Alcohol was obviously available then. Liverpool looks a lovely airport. Always miss pets when away.

We just came to Tenerife and this didn't happen. Young people behind us drank vodka and people in front of us drinking vodka duty free. 😮 No good
