Agreed, the Galaxy might've forgotten about the Immortal Sith Emperor, but i can't help but have a feeling that Palpatine was Inspired by Tenebrae's achievements and wanted to become a Tenebrae 2.0 or atleast try.

I feel like this exchange is a good skeleton for an "Epic rap battle".

I love that the past Sith just roasted palptine and basically tell him that he’s no different from the sith that came before and that he’s making all the same mistakes as the past sith did . Like yoda said , his pride and ego will be his downfall .

Ironically Tenebrae also perished like that guess that's the limit of writing all powerful beings in a prequel

All this was missing was Palpatine laughing at the very end!!

Now given a few more years or decades alive, Plagueis would have been able to school Valkorian. He brought beings back to life unassisted and would have been immortal by communicating and commanding the midi-chlorians, no life sacrifices needed.

@@reubzdubz but its not like the souls were like "suck me dry daddy" He manipulated them all to come to his planet and then broke their will and dominated their minds FORCING them to participate in the Ritual. Forcing 8000 SITH LORDS to participate in the most complex Sith Ritual ever is a feat only done by Tenebrae himself in history.

Yeah, Tenebrae's has more impressive feats under his belt. Unlike sidious, he actually achieved one of the principal goals of the sith. Immortality.

Sidious might appear weak but he is duplicitous and more cunning, I could see him aiding a Jedi hero and using their help to defeat the newly revived Vitiate which in the end might tilt any battle in Sidiouses favour, and having access to minds like Tarkin, and Thrawn as well as to the brute force of Darth Vader he could develop a cunning scheme to overpower Vitiate, even if Sidious as a force user would be weaker than Vitiate, and I am referring to the Disney cannon Darth Sidious.

There is a realm in the force where those with extreme subjugation by the darkside may go to in death called Chaos i imagine this is a conversation in that place or maybe they are even fighting

this is what i've always dreamed of 🙏

How would the Sequels be different if Vulkorum was the main villain?

Seemed more like Sidious schooled Vitiate to me Vitiate is a parasite, if he never performed that ritual he would have never been at Palpatines level Plus I’m convinced that Sidious surpassed Vitiates when he came back to life

Sidious is a better duelist and tactician, and he has a greater knowledge of the Force through his studies (I'm using Legends bc Vitiate is too). He wins.

Except most of that knowledge was lost during the New Sith Wars, meaning there are secrets Sideous wouldn't know but Vitiate would.

@@Lobsterwithinternet Still plenty of time to redevelop the knowledge, and definitely time for Sidious and other Sith to develop techniques Vitiate don't understand (I'm thinking Force Storms etc here)

@@lukepennington3376 Except that even Sideous himself said there were techniques that were lost. And if he did somehow redevelop them in only a decade or two of coming to power, which is pretty much impossible, that would contradict his portrayal in the OT as such powers would have allowed him to easily kill both Vader and Luke and would have allowed him to dominate the senate directly like previous Sith such as Exar Kun could do. Speaking of which, Vitiate was able to create Force Storms as confirmed in the Revan novel as well as physical copies of himself mid-battle.

@@Lobsterwithinternet Sidious said the techniques were lost, but I didn't say just he redeveloped them. With about 1000 years between the New Sith Wars and the rise of the Empire, Sith such as Tenebrous and Plagueis could have redeveloped techniques. It wouldn't contradict the OT, it has been stated multiple times that Force Lightning was his favourite power, hence why he selected it to kill Luke. Vader's betrayal was unexpected, and he didn't have long to react as he focused on using the power he was already channeling to kill Vader instead. Sidious couldn't have used those techniques directly on the Senate without being discovered by the Jedi. The whole plan was an insidious, sneaky method designed to take over by subtlety, as it would better facilitate the genocide of the Jedi. Having read the novel, I saw no mention of the Force Storms like the ones from Dark Empire. I saw Force Lightning, which can be turned into another type of Force Storm, but I was referring specifically to the wormholes. As for the physical copies, they're really only useful for lightsaber combat, and Vitiate was a poor duelist anyway.
