Same! We wiped after healer got blown up. Our second time in I felt like I was running around all over the place just for cover. I felt like the second boss was harder than the last one lol

Same. I was like, wtf is going on with all these bombs going off?!! 😅

My entire party was blind for this and it was great. We died a lot learning the mechanics and figuring it out but it was so much more interesting than dungeons everyone knows and just flies through.

I noticed something about the Labyrinth mechanic that the third boss does (the arrow/safe corner thing). Each 'safe' corner only has one correct path to them that doesn't change at all. Run this dungeon enough, and you can immediately identify the correct path upon seeing which safe corner is being used for the mechanic. Though if you have doubts, you can quickly trace the path backwards from the safe corner anyway.

Anecdotally I’ve found the SE corner is usually pretty safe in the 2nd boss. At most you’ll have to shift a bit to the NE corner

Fun fact: for the ronkan mob right before the final boss, ranged classes can sit just outside all the statue aoe's range so they can just sit still casting and ignore them

i find it funny seeing people complaining on these expert dungeon guides because they're totally optional, not MSQ relevant on their own and for once they have some pretty tricky mechanics so an explanation is definitely welcome! If you are still going through stuff you don't wanna get spoiled for, you shouldn't be on youtube of all places. Most creators have been diligent with it but there's always the risk so just avoid it and come back for the videos later. I'm very pleased with the experts this time around, not that EW ones were bad, but with the final MSQ one we're starting strong with the Expert Roulette and I can only hope they keep at it with fresh takes on mechanics!

Hello MrHappy, I wanted to watch to see if you'd catch something I found as a healer in this dungeon, i didn't see it mentioned so... 😉 On the 2nd pack of the first trash pull after the 2nd boss; there are a few Ronkan cube type enemies. These guys do sortof an invisible pulsing (possibly conal) electric aoe as their basic attack. I've seen plenty of runs now where myslelf (Scholar using Art of War) and other melee dps continually get cleaved and if the healer doesn't use at least a few aoe heals, they WILL die. Just a fun fact I noticed farming tomes. Hope you have a good one!

anyone know if the sliding puzzle part for the last boss has the same solution to it every time?

The thorn adds between 2 and 3 have a nasty auto Cleave. Melee beware.

@@atsi2947 this game did. I wasted over 1500 hours for them to just turn this game into a cookie cutter, copy paste hallway simulators. How anyone plays this game is fucking Mindblowing. The raids aren’t raids and the 24 mans aren’t fun because you usually do this with randoms. What makes raiding fun is an actual raid with your group of friends. 24 man’s need to be the actual raid we do. The ten mans are just trial fights with cool music and great graphics, with the same mechanics just repeated over and over. Jobs have lost their identity entirely for the sake of balance. It’s stupid. It’s dumb. They killed the game I loved. So yes. Yoshi p hurt me
