Thanks for the overview! Any idea if it can be modified with an SMA socket to connect an external antenna?

Para los que se pregunten su consumo aunque su adaptador de corriente es de 9v por .06 mAh que es una potencia de 5.4V el consumo de router es de 1.4 V a 2.1 Max hora lo que es un consumo muy bajo bastante aceptable. Que tenga un adaptador de Red de 9v a 0.6 es bueno por que tiene bastante margen de potencia para que el router y su adaptador no se calienten.

It is single band, only 2,4ghz

You have to choose a SIM with an operator, it can be a prepaid data plan or a contract. I have a data plan for my second home.
