He went on to say that they talked about playing 4-4-2s and defensive set ups but what he was told by the management when he came in was to play proactively. So he said if they set up defensively, after players come back from injuries they'd have lost a lot of time developing

He wants us to have more possession and concede less chances, he also wants us to be the best and fastest transition team in the world. That’s a contradiction Mark! Yet another example of how ETH is tactically inept.

Glasner has been impressed by his players’ response and the culture at the training ground and around the club has changed for the better.

Mark and Ten Hag are like kindred spirits .They are both deluded and talk utter bollocks most of the time.

Call a spade a spade. TH is underperformed. You can mourn for the entire season. Struggles for 4 to 5 games then come back and start winning.

Sam did brilliantly and could step up when Mark decides to devote the majority of his time to That's Football which seems to be the way it's going.

I think this interview proves that the club is backing ETH and he will most likely remain in place next season. As I find it strange that an interview like this would take place at this point of the season if not. (unless it was FA CUP final related).

If I'm being absolutely honest, I don't think ETH is an elite manager but no one can be successful with group of awful players so i sympathize with the manager but the he didn't answer the questions raised about style of play and the big gap in midfield.

It can't be easy playing in that forward line it's so disjointed was much better a few years ago....but Hoijlund has much to learn about timing runs but without crosses part of the game is missing actually that would be a good stat on the whole EPleague which team crossed the ball the most and connected with their forwards the most 🤔

I don't see how Gary can judge Eric when Gary couldn't tactfully get out of a wet paper bag.
