20:56 The problem with ordering could be your card. That happened to me once, and it was because my card was not able to order anything internationally. The credit union just unblocked international orders on my card. I don't know how or why it got blocked, but I guess it can happen sometimes.

I am going through my just delivered Temu bag right now!! I turned around and ordered again and I added the first headband that you showed. I will wear it in my hair though. I look forward to seeing how the wigs look.

Have you tried calling your bank/credit card companies to see if they have put a hold on the Temu charges? I heard that banks are holding charges from Temu because they may be fraudulent. I’d call your credit card companies to make sure they’re not interfering with your payments.

I had a similar problem using my debit card and it was my bank fraud department not temu.

I hope you can figure out your TEMU problem! I love watching you!! Did you check with your bank or credit card company?? It could be something as simple as updating the expiration date from your card.

Same thing happened to me with the payment issues, TWICE. I tried every gift card imaginable, called my bank (everything was good), re- downloading the app makes no difference they have your name so unless u create a whole new account under a burner phone with a different name it doesn't help, I did it all and they refused to let me pay. They also make u wait 10 days before they'll delete your account, FYI. I order under my husbands account have to use his card because I'm blacklisted for nothing. I deleted the app and left a bad review. Good luck!
