Glue, all I can say is glue and lots of it lol, I've been using mod podge and either adding some glitter and leaving it on or scraping it off after I use it to hold the waterfall during the building process

I’m having trouble getting the waterfall done on page 10. Your helper must’ve done that while you were building the roof. I am specifically hung up on step number 12. If you could help me through that part that would be awesome.
