The creator of locally-made Temasek Rice has been granted a Plant Varieties Protection (PVP) by Singapore's Intellectual Property Office. The PVP is part of series of efforts to make Singapore an urban agriculture and aquaculture technology hub with a food production model that can be exported to the region.
