Last guy was greek , im also greek converted a month from today alhamdulillah. In Greece parents arent like that.Ive told my mother a week from now and she has gone crazy crying, shouting and much more.All a test from Allah subhanahu wa ta ala. I find that greek parents are like that. Maybe they have strong ties to their culture and religion. Check out Hamza tzortzis, I'm not sure if his parents converted but it was hard for them to accept it though he was close to them, but thankfully maintained a relationship with them. I wish you the best. It's normal to experience this, just maintain boundaries and keep the faith. God is with you.❤

I don't know who wrote the Greek subtitles for the last guy, but they are completely wrong. When they said "How possible?" the woman actually said "You want to do what?", which in this context is not negative but just shows she was really surprised. Her response to him wanting to join Islam is not "are you joking", but "Are you looking into changing your religion?". This wasn't an actual question, it was a clarification because she couldn't hear him properly/wasn't sure if she understood. After that, when she supposedly says that he is still a kid a kid and can't understand this, and the entire section about him focusing on his studies and coming home to discuss this is entirely fabricated. In actuality she keeps asking him to clarify what he means, and then tells him that a religion is a personal matter, and that everyone must choose whatever makes him feel most at peace. This is painting an incorrect picture and lying to make someone's mother look bad.
