Telecaster Hot Rod Modifications (Part 4 - Wiring & Pickups) Guitar Werks @ Rench Ranch

Музыка

In this video I install the Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates Humbucker Pickup in the neck and a Vintage Stacked Telecaster Pickup in the bridge of my Hot-Rodded Telecaster. I also re-wire the entire guitar with high end quality parts from Emerson, CTS, CRL, Switchcraft along with more vintage era guitar parts.
The video is a bit long granted but a ton of detail just in case ya'll are into that sort of thing. KZread allows you to save it to favorites and pickup where you left off. So no need to watch it all in one go! LOL
It's coming down to the home stretch on this project. After this we are just down to a clean up, fretboard conditioning, and restring with setup! I am just thrilled with the result.
As always thanks so much for watching! It's very much appreciated!
Cheers!
Mike

Mike I remember watching you wire a guitar way back in the early ranch days..Bear with me there's a valid point coming. I was in mental agony watching you obsess over the detail , but admired your commitment as I share your quest for perfection in many ways. Last summer i built/heavily modified a bass , the first of a long run. When it got to the wiring I did the whole job 3 times. In the back of my mind you were there going through the process methodically. Eventually I had a neat safe and functioning circuit. Ok the first try I had a working bass but it wasn't tidy and albeit hidden I couldn't bear to leave it. So thanks Mike for making my project a little more perfect ! Peace and Love 👍🏻☮❤

Hey Mike! Glad I found your new KZread channel. I bought a Epiphone Dot a few years ago and have always hoped to follow some of your hot rod mods eventually. Your Tele is looking great! Lots of bold choices, just like I remember from the Epiphone videos!

I don't know jack about a guitar, but I watched the entire thing. Awesome craftsmanship sir. Still hope you have plans for more motorcycle videos in the future.
