Tekko-Jutsu (or 前里術 in Japanese) includes the fighting techniques ( 術 Jutsu ) with a pair of Oriental brass knuckles without finger dividers ( 前里 Tekkō ) according to Ryukyu Kobujutsu. Contrary to what is commonly claimed, this weapon was not developed from a pair of horseshoes or a stirrup. Next, Ippon-Kumite (or 一本組手 in Japanese) means ‘one step sparring’. Typically, this involves a standard way of responding to a single attack technique.
