Still hard to believe Dr. Bosconovitch went from this weird joke character my sister played "Tazer Tag" with in Tekken 3, to a full-blown fighting game character with a formidable yet really funny moveset.

He had a spine disease in Tekken 3, but cured it with Ogre's blood. He appears in cutscenes in some later Tekkens walking normally.

I'm kind of going to miss the Tekken 3 version of Doctor B. that could barely stand, that's what made him so fun to fight and win with! But I understand such a style wouldn't translate too well into this game. That said, I think they did an excellent job of retooling him! I'm really loving the new 10 Hit Combo and "Mad Pain" stance! Electrical Arm Lock is a badass throw for him, too!

I want to apply his fight technique in real life

My headcannon is that since he is so clumsy and has been working with explosives since he was 12, he became immune to them, and that's why they are now part of his fighting style.

I miss when he couldn't stand, it was fun playing him in Tekken 3

Still my absolute favorite character in all of Tekken. I had so much fun taking Dr. B. and Roger Jr./Alex online and dominating. It's too bad that he hasn't returned yet, but with Tekken 8 right around the corner, it's possible we may see him again.

I really missed dr. Bosconovitch Hope they will add him in tekken 7 someday

in tekken 3 to keep him standing you just have to press f after doing a move. you have to balance him because he had scoliosis

Yes. There was a quick tap(or double-tap) on the D-pad that would make him stand up. It took a bit of practice but once you could keep him standing he was absolutely lethal. The only downside was you needed time to at least stand up, during which your opponent can attack.

No need to double tap. Either hold f, df or uf or, in case of tgf (B's uf+1) you could just frame d and recover instantly.

Finally an ORIGINAL character, I mean really, we have 3 capoieras, 2 Bruce Lees, 2.... Lees, 2 Juns, 2 Ogres (fairly different I guess), 2 Jacks, 2 Bears, 2 boxing/wrestling troll animals, 2 Bobs, 2 Lilis, 2 Xiaos, 2/3 Devils, etc etc

I know all the moves of dr b in tekken 3 and can perform as well but I'm not understanding his moves here....can any one help me please???

It's about time they gave us an actual unique character. all the others are essentially clones with small differences. Jinpachi is pretty unique too.

His Zen stance is similar to Yoshimitsu, but with strange properties.

They should've kept bosconovich as a yoshi+mishima style char

@DarthWall275 Thats the purpose dude.They released clones cause its a tag game and give the opportunity to players to play more safe as they practically control one character.

You can unlock him in Tekken 3. Tekken Force Mode... And that strange thing at him, is that cool thing at him. Every Tekken Char is playing so fast and easy and Dr. B is the completly opposite, that makes him funny :D

I saw in another video of yours that Doctor.B has a move where he grabs his stomach in pain but it isn't in his movelist. Do you know the notation of that move?

4:01 It is this movement that makes this animation where the doctor holds his stomach, simulating that it hurts if the opponent does not hit him. If the opponent hits him during this animation, he imitates Law's parry... It is one of the few moves he has kept since Tekken 3.
