actually they are just frame moves. they just appear at certain frames. deals more damage.

They do not appear every time a powerful punch is thrown... Steve's blue sparks are not just frame, it is caused when u go ducking in (f+3 or f+4) and hold f so steve ducks in longer before the punch comes out. Other moves which have the sparks include just frame moves and also special unique tag grabs/combos of certain characters.

On the last combo when I do 3~4 with hwoarang it breaks the balcony I don't understand
