Same, I started playing Tekken properly during the Tag 2 era and TMM was obviously a great inspiration. It brings me back to when everything started for me, so nostalgia indeed :')

I feel like this is a re-upload, but yeah this is why I LOVE Tekken Tag Tournament 2. You can literally KILL your opponent. Team or Solo. Crazy endless combinations. Just love this game so much. Thanks for this video... Brings back memories...

There were special tag moves and grabs But you have to partner the correct characters up like: -Asuka/Jin -Kayuza/Jinpan -Law/Paul? -Lars/Alisa -etc.

Yeah. Certain characters had great combos you can pull off. In that specific combo you could crouch cancel the kazuya crouch dash and follow jinpachi’s fireball with a d\f+1,2

I think the guy knows about the Great combos but maybe was referring to the ability to cancel them and extend with your own juggles

As much as I hate this broken ass mechanics in this game. I can't help but love and appreciate the creativity are able to be produced within these tag combos. So satisfying to pull off and look at.

i liked those exploding sound effects alot in older tekken games

this game is so much cooler than tekken 7 hate the damage in ttt2 and some of the evasive properties of characters are ridiculous but other than that it's really great.

Yes it absolutely is. Ive done that combo to someone online long time ago and stopped playing jinpachi cause it was so broken 😂

Should’ve worded it different, he could’ve killed without the bound into overkill; just finish with a wall combo instead of bounding.

I don’t think so. The same people who were super unbeaten here aren’t anymore in Tekken 7. Tag made u dependent on damaging combos and not fundamentals to win. One good tag combo there’s your life. I hated tag for that for the absurd damage. I loved it for its creativity though
