Bro lee is always really difficult to play both online and offline due to the amount of strict timing he needs inside and outside his combos. That Back 3,3 pick up from counter hit Down 3 is not an easy pickup whatsoever, that requires really strict timing. He also needs take risks in offense against players who choose to play defensive, because he’s designed around him DEFENDING against you, and landing counter hits, not him rushing you down with strings or pokes. And also, GmFizzle (mainly known as FightingGm) is a legit lee veteran, he even held a guiness record for most Tekken tournament wins, with 19 wins.
