"Zafaraniyeh" (main street: Shahid Sarlashkar Fallahi) is an affluent neighbourhood in the north of Tehran, Iran. The name's origin lies in the fact that it was the residence of many saffron traders long ago, thus the name Zafaraniyeh (the Persian version of Saffronia). The Islamic Azad University of Tehran, Languages branch is located at the beginning of Zafaraniyeh that teaches English, German, French, Spanish, and other foreign languages. The museum of Sa'dabad Palace is situated at the end of this street, which also contains a culture house. There are plans to build a shopping center in Asef crossroad. The Moghaddas Ardebili Street connects Zafaraniyeh to Velenjak from east and to Valiasr Street and Elahieh from west. Zafaraniyeh is one of Tehran's safest and most heavily guarded neighborhood has due to the many Embassies, residences, head of state, nobles and notables who reside here. There is also a synagogue here. Zaferanieh area has one of, if not the highest household income rates in Tehran. It is classed as being the best and most expensive area of Tehran, with many wealthy Iranians and non-Iranians living here. The area has many Billionaires and Millionaires and many of the residents also live abroad. The area consists of nearly all apartment blocks with only a few houses. It is near the longest city road in Asia, Valiasr Street. This area of Valiasr Street has many boutiques that has shops such as Gucci, Rolex and Armani, Louis Vuitton etc. boutiques.

"Ferdows Garden" is a historical complex located in the district of Tajrish in Shemiran (northern Tehran), Iran.
The complex dates back to the reign of the Qajar dynasty, and includes a mansion which houses the Cinema Museum of Iran since 2009.
The complex was leased to various ministries over years. In 1937, the Ministry of Education housed the primary and secondary school of Shapur in this compound. After the 1979 Revolution, until 2002, Ferdows Garden served as a training center for filmmaking. Since 2002, it houses the Cinema Museum.
"Valiasr Street" or Pahlavi Street is a tree-lined street in Tehran, Iran, dividing the metropolis into western and eastern parts built in 1922 to 1927, considering the end of asphalt plan it ended in 1933. It is considered one of Tehran's main thoroughfares and commercial centres. It is also the longest street in the Middle East, and was reported as one of the longest in the world by former BBC (now Al Jazeera) journalist Rageh Omaar during the television documentary Welcome to Tehran.
The street was built by Reza Shah Pahlavi's order and called the Pahlavi Street. After the 1979 Islamic Revolution the street's name was changed initially to Mossadeq Street (in reference to former nationalist prime minister Mohammad Mossadegh) and later to Valiasr (a reference to the 12th Shi'ite Imam[citation needed]). This vibrant, hub-like street is lined with many shops, restaurants, parks and cultural centers are situated along this long avenue.
"Elahiyeh" is an upper class district in Northern Tehran, actually a part of Shemiran. Before Shemiran was officially incorporated into the city of Tehran, the area consisted of expensive residences and gardens used as summer homes for wealthy residents of Tehran. Today however residential towers and upscale penthouses have replaced them for good and few of those gardens have actually escaped development.
