This song has lofi vibes.. indie and electronic concoction- you girls are taking music to a new level.. this is great stuff by Tegan and Sara!

This song is so heartbreaking. For some reason, I feel like it's sadder than all of their sad songs combined (even I Can't Take It). I love though how Sara's vocals are being echoed right after Tegan, as usual (Drove Me Wild, Like H, Like O), especially in this song with some additional sonical distortion in her background vocals which makes it even more interesting. I think the reason why I love it so much is that they have been practicing this way of singing since their If It Was You days, or even before that. The way Sara repeats usually just a one word or a fragment of Tegan's sentence right after her is such a signature idea of theirs. It's so... distinctive. It's a Tegan and Sara thing.

Probably the best song on the album, but it's tough to choose.

Absolutely lovely track, takes me back to hearing the Heartthrob Bonus tracks "Guilty as Charged" and "I Run Empty" for the first time, which are some of my favourites. This album's got some really fantastic slower tracks, "Faded Like A Feeling" obviously got a lot of attention cuz it's a single but "This Ain’t Going Well", "Sometimes I See Stars" and this track are really deseriving of attention as well.

I could live without Guilty As Charged on Heartthrob, though I love how Sara repeats after Tegan: "crazy, crazy, crazy...". It's beyond me however how I Run Empty didn't make the cut on the album. Though I can see how they sound like bonus tracks and how the idea of the album was to close it on Shock To Your System right after Now I'm All Messed Up to give it a solid composition as a whole.

Sounds like the soundtrack of The Blacklist / Person Of Interest from a good episode

This is soooo accurate. And is exactly what I’m feeling at the moment. What a perfect song. So jealous helped me get over a break up. Now this album is helping with a divorce. Thank you Tegan and Sara you will always warm my black heart 🖤❤️‍🩹

Sigh... This is my teggie bear 🐻...I feel like the album begins at the stars song and the earlier songs are just drafts... except for yellow which is exceptional.. when they work their hardest..they are modern day Beatles..but..no one is perfect and life is hard
