Was there soft water available or did you use deionised/distilled water ? Also what are the guarantees difference ?

They had the tefal on No steam setting 🙄

Russle Hobbs Ultra vertical iron has a 70g continuous steam with 210g steam shoot, ceramic plate and a 300ml tank. Has a nice long cord also and is can be found for £50. Much better buy. You look at the watts, continuous steam and soleplate, followed by the steam shot and water tank. I wouldnt buy either when an iron that's cheaper and has better specs is better (having owned one for 5 years and sell them I can let you know they're worth their price, tefal you pay for the name (in fairness it's slightly more solid but not for the price hike get a brevil diamond express instead). Dont forget unless you have soft water you need to use distilled or deironised water other wise theyll pack up quick .

The ceramic soleplates are usually coated in teflon and it peels off after a while, you'd want one that's stainless steel to avoid that. And I prefer a steam generator with a station for the increased tank capacity and better upright steaming.

Just use a solid iron of iron and steam with a kettle.

Tefal all the way!

Or maybe it was because the one they choose cost £130 less and did much the same job. Having said that Id go with tefal for the long run
